First of many… Elements was the first large gathering. The initial summer of the pandemic, lost in confusion and isolation, as the world shutdown, we wanted to give thanks to all there is - to earth, water, fire, and air. Under a recently collapsed cliff at Scarborough Bluffs, we all carried tons of equipment on our backs, hugged a generator, lit up the cliff with projections, let sounds overtake the beach, painted and danced. As the distance of the last few months evaporated with the heat of fire, and earth joined the air, there was no more audience but only fluid participants. We gifted ourselves to all there is and it gifted us back with an unforgettable performance and memories.
